Welcome to AllDone Laundry Services. By using our services, website, or mobile platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Service Overview

AllDone Laundry Services (“AllDone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services to residential and commercial customers in San Diego County and surrounding areas.

Our services include:

  • Laundry pickup and delivery

  • Wash, dry, and fold services

  • Commercial linen and uniform care

  • Specialty item handling for business clients

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • Are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

  • Are using the service for lawful purposes.

Commercial accounts may require additional verification prior to service.

3. Scheduling & Pickup

  • Pickup and delivery times are scheduled in advance through our website, app, or by contacting us directly.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that laundry is placed in the agreed-upon pickup location at the scheduled time.

  • Missed pickups may result in rescheduling fees.

We strive to maintain consistent schedules but reserve the right to modify pickup or delivery times due to weather, traffic, or other operational factors.

4. Garment & Linen Care

  • We use standard commercial-grade detergents, washers, and dryers.

  • We follow care label instructions as closely as possible but cannot guarantee prevention of damage due to manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing damage.

  • Delicate or specialty items should be clearly labeled or communicated in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are heavily soiled, contaminated, or unsafe to handle.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care with all laundry. In the rare event an item is lost or damaged:

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our liability is limited to the fair replacement value of the item, not exceeding $50 per item or the maximum amount permitted by law.

  • Reimbursement may be provided as a service credit or replacement cost at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for items left in pockets, shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage resulting from normal washing and drying processes.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless a commercial billing agreement is in place.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and approved invoicing for commercial accounts.

  • Recurring accounts may be charged automatically according to their billing cycle.

  • Past-due balances may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed pickups may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service due to safety, weather, or operational concerns.

8. 100% Clean Promise

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of our work, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected items at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the wash-and-fold service only and excludes permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or specialty items.

9. Commercial Accounts

  • Volume pricing and service agreements are customized per account.

  • Accounts may be subject to minimum volume requirements.

  • Net-30 terms are available for approved businesses.

  • Failure to pay within terms may result in late fees and suspension of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AllDone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

  • We do not provide medical or hazard cleaning services.

11. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that laundry provided is safe to wash and free of hazardous materials.

  • Remove all valuables from clothing.

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your account or schedule.

12. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and used solely to provide and improve our services. We never sell or share your data with third parties without consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice. Prices and terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in San Diego County, CA.
